Come join us in boosting your strength & mobility, building sexy lean muscle, releasing endorphins and clearing your mind while laughing (and possibly swearing a little) together in the camaraderie of this small-group bootcamp class.
Each class includes:
• a dynamic mobility warm-up
• deep postural (core) muscle activation
• full-body functional strength & mobility exercises
• a HIIT circuit (high-intensity interval training) to get you sweating and energized
• a mindful cool-down (breathing and stretches to calm your nervous system)
Then you can get back to your day, feeling amazing!

Classes will take place at Studio 609, a bright private studio space in the heart of Montreal’s Mile End

Don't be intimidated by the word "Bootcamp"!
I adapt the exercises so that you'll be gently challenged whatever fitness level you're currently at.
equipment needed:
A yoga mat, a water bottle and comfortable socks*
*no shoes are allowed on the studio’s rubberized non-slip dance floor; wearing exercise socks offers support while also letting you feel the floor well as you move
